Online help is very useful. Why ?
Think that: FAQ section is updated. And your question is not available in the current FAQ section. What will you do? Of course, you will use online help for the last form of the frequently asked questions section.
Think that: You deleted your help file (befaster.chm) What will you do ? Of course, you can use online help.
Think that: You have befaster.chm file but you don't have Microsoft HTML Help File Viewer. There're two ways to get help. First one is downloading HTML Help File Viewer to see befaster.chm file. Second way is using online help.
